How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare your growth plan, schedule calls, & send relevant follow-up. If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that useAIwell LLC may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), & email about your inquiry, including messages sent by automated systems. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business: a CRM platform to store contacts & conversations, Cloudflare to host & protect this site, & advertising platforms (such as Meta & Google) to measure our marketing. Each processes data only to provide its service.

We use advertising pixels & first-party analytics to understand which marketing works. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & your rights

We keep inquiry data as long as needed to serve you & meet legal obligations. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@useaiwell.com.
